Job summary

Pregnancy Care Center seeks a visionary VP of Development and Community Engagement to lead all fundraising and community outreach initiatives. You will design and execute a comprehensive plan to attract major gifts, grants, events, and ongoing donor support, aligning with PCC's mission and faith-based values.

This role builds relationships with individuals, churches, businesses, and para-church organizations, expands PCC's visibility, and ensures sustainable growth in resources while upholding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a similar field.
• Five to ten years of nonprofit fundraising experience with a proven track record.
• Valid driver's license and ability to be covered under PCC's automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute PCC's overall marketing and fundraising strategies including annual giving, grants, and major gifts.
• Establish donor relations programs with individuals, churches, and businesses.
• Cultivate new donors and nurture existing donor and partner relationships.
• Develop grant proposals and research foundation funding options.
• Monitor and report to the CEO on program effectiveness.
• Be the public face for PCC in the community.
