Qualifications

• 7+ years of management experience in workforce staffing for high-volume hourly/non-exempt settings.
• Deep knowledge of talent attraction strategies and sourcing tools.
• Proven experience building and expanding talent pipelines across multiple locations in the US.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with agile, tenacious leadership.
• Strategic planning with forecasted hiring needs and scalable solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; reporting metrics to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing delivery program for hourly/non-exempt talent across HelloFresh US DCs.
• Manage internal staffing team and external vendor partners including 3P vendors.
• Own cost-per-hire oversight and staffing program costs.
• Develop strategic vendor initiatives for all HelloFresh lines of business.
• Drive staffing performance via scorecards with time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and attrition metrics.
• Partner with Field HR, Operations, and Finance on sourcing and expansion projects.
• Hire, mentor, and lead staffing program leads and specialists.
