Job summary

BearCom, the leading wireless solutions provider in North America, seeks a Director of Fulfillment to drive execution across order fulfillment, warehouse operations, configuration, returns, and repair for North American sites.

You will define KPIs, build real-time dashboards, and lead AI-enabled automation to modernize processes, improve decision-making, and scale growth, partnering with Central Operations, Procurement, Finance, and IT.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of operations leadership experience.
• Experience managing fulfillment, warehouse, or production/service environments.
• Strong analytics background with KPI and dashboard experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end fulfillment across order, warehouse, and repair operations.
• Build and monitor KPI dashboards to improve throughput and customer experience.
• Drive Lean, process improvements, and standardization across locations.
• Develop staffing plans, succession plans, and leadership development.
