BearCom is seeking a Sr. Operations Manager to lead inventory control, fulfillment execution, and process discipline for the Salt Lake City HQ and national branches.

You will own material supply chain end-to-end, drive standard operating procedures, and improve velocity and cost-to-serve across the network. You will partner with Supply Chain, Project Management, Finance, and Branch Leadership to time material purchases against demand, establish service levels, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years of progressive operations management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own inventory accuracy, availability, and control across all locations.
• Lead a recurring cycle count program and reconcile variances.
• Define standard operating models and ensure adherence across sites.
• Lead Lean/process-improvement initiatives to reduce waste and cycle times.
