Oakleaf Partnership is seeking a Head of FP&A Transformation for a leading global consumer products organization in Stamford, CT. This role will lead the modernization of global FP&A and Commercial Finance capabilities, shaping the operating model, technology and data strategy.

You will drive standardization, automation and AI adoption, build scalable profitability analytics and partner with Commercial, Sales and executive leadership to embed new capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or related areas.
• Experience modernizing FP&A and/or Commercial Finance capabilities.
• Strong skills in profitability analysis, forecasting and performance management.
• Experience with planning tools, analytics platforms, automation or AI-enabled solutions.
• Exposure to trade spend, RGM, pricing or marketing ROI is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead global FP&A transformation roadmap including planning, forecasting, reporting and performance management.
• Shape future operating model, technology and capabilities of FP&A organization.
• Identify opportunities to automate FP&A processes and reduce manual work.
• Drive AI, automation and advanced analytics across FP&A and Commercial Finance.
• Build scalable profitability capabilities around SKU, customer, category and channel.
