Job summary

Coursera seeks a seasoned FP&A & Transformation leader to drive the strategic roadmap and digital overhaul of the finance planning landscape across Consumer, Enterprise, Content, Marketing, and Product segments.

You will bridge automation with business strategy, consolidating planning on a single enterprise architecture while leading a small team through platform changes and governance initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FP&A, finance transformation, or financial systems experience.
• Hands-on architectural knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning and IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).
• Proven success leading end-to-end platform consolidations and full-lifecycle system implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and upskill technical team members through organizational change.
• Working knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, SQL, data warehousing, and automation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape the strategic roadmap and digital transformation of the FP&A function across multiple divisions.
• Bridge automation with business strategy and define the go-forward enterprise architecture.
• Lead the migration from current systems to a single enterprise planning platform.
• Direct two direct reports and partner with decentralized FP&A teams to automate modeling.
• Automate data pipelines and standard reporting decks to shorten close cycles.
• Establish governance and training programs to drive platform adoption.
