Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking a Director - Food and Beverage to lead a high-performing department at the Wilson Warbirds' state-of-the-art facility. This role focuses on building a culture of preparation, hard work, recognition, and professional development across concessions, suites, bars, and event spaces for all games and events.

You will set strategy, manage budgets, drive pricing and menu decisions, oversee staffing for 66 home games plus events, partner with marketing, and ensure outstanding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; sports/entertainment experience preferred.
• Proven leadership and budget management capabilities.
• Experience with pricing, menu design, and strategic planning.
• Strong vendor relationships and negotiations.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize food & beverage sales and revenue.
• Set strategy for sales initiatives and coordinate with departments.
• Lead menu design and pricing with senior input.
• Develop annual revenue models with leadership.
• Maintain budgetary responsibility for operations.
• Provide market insights and pricing recommendations.
• Manage inventories and ensure product availability.
• Oversee staff scheduling for events and games.
• Lead training and certifications related to safe service.
• Collaborate with Marketing on sales materials.
• Ensure POS systems operate effectively.
