Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Progressive food and beverage management experience in similar size hotel/venue required.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates, ensuring brand standards and HHM values.
• Monitor performance to ensure service, sanitation and productivity standards and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and control food & beverage inventories and labor costs.
• Develop and manage annual F&B budget and forecast revenues/expenses.
• Implement new menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and value.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and EarthView program.
