Job summary

Legends Global in Mesa, AZ seeks a Director of Food & Beverage to oversee day-to-day operations across the Mesa Convention Center and Mesa Amphitheater, directing concessions, banquets, catering sales and premium services while driving guest satisfaction and profitability.

You will lead a team, manage budgets, forecasts and P&L, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, develop annual plans, and build strong client relationships to deliver exceptional hospitality at high-volume events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ management experience in contract foodservice, preferably in convention centers/live venues.
• Experience in high-volume foodservice operations with alcohol sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong leadership and customer service focus.
