Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of F&B in planning and daily operations.
• Manage staffing, equipment, inventory, and service logistics.
• Coordinate with culinary teams, clients, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and cash-handling policies.
• Analyze budgets, labor, and costs to improve profitability.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance coaching.
• Conduct pre-event walkthroughs and post-event debriefs.
• Prepare reports and implement process improvements.
