Legends Global seeks a Director of Food & Beverage to lead all day-to-day F&B operations across the Mesa Convention Center and Mesa Amphitheater in Mesa, AZ. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, operational profitability, and strategic program development.

You will oversee budgeting, pricing, labor planning, and safety/compliance while guiding a high-performing management team and collaborating with clients and partners to drive successful events.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years’ management experience in contract foodservice, preferably in convention center/live venues.
• Experience in high-volume foodservice operations, including concessions or banquets, with alcohol sales oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to multi-task in deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and POS Systems.

Responsabilidades

• Uphold Legends Global standards of quality, service, and performance.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets including labor forecasting, pricing strategy, and cost controls.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a cohesive management team across F&B.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including alcohol service and food safety.
• Oversee procurement, vendor management, and relationships with clients and partners.
