Esplanade by the Islands in Naples, FL seeks a Director of Food & Beverage to lead all F&B operations, including outlets and events, and to drive guest satisfaction and profitability. You will shape menus with the chef, recruit and train staff, and manage budgets and inventory while maintaining top service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, or equivalent.
• 4-6 years related experience and/or training; hospitality background preferred.
• Excellent wine knowledge; wine certifications preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest-service focus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all Food & Beverage operations including outlets, events, catering, and quality of service.
• Hire, train, and supervise F&B staff; work with Chef on menus and specials.
• Assist with budgeting, inventory control, and procurement processes.
• Monitor daily business levels, set priorities, and provide staff guidance.
• Lead regular staff meetings and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards.
