Job summary

asmglobal is hiring a Bartender at the King Center for the Performing Arts in Melbourne, FL. You will prepare and serve beverages, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage orders and payments at the on-site bar.

Experience in restaurant or bar settings and a high school diploma are preferred. Demonstrated ability to stand long shifts and maintain cleanliness will support success in this role.

Qualifications

• Educational background: high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Restaurant/food service experience preferred.
• Cash handling and point-of-sale experience advantageous.

POSITION: Bartender DEPARTMENT: Food and Beverage REPORTS TO: Director of Food & Beverage FLSA STATUS: Hourly/Non-Exempt

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service while maintaining a positive guest experience
• Process guest orders and payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar area, including glassware, garnishes, and supplies
• Follow all responsible alcohol service, health, safety, and sanitation standards

Education and/or Experience
