Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree or CAM preferred.
• 5,000+ total flight hours preferred; 3,000+ hours PIC; 10+ years aviation experience with leadership roles.

Responsabilités

• Lead pilot standardization and programming to ensure SOP adherence.
• Oversee FAA/ICAO compliance and Flight Operations Manual requirements.
• Manage crew scheduling, rest, and utilization with Dispatch.
• Support Safety Management System, IS-BAO requirements, and incident investigations.
• Oversee training programs, qualifications, and recurrent requirements.
• Assist in budgeting, equipment planning, and vendor management.
