Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering or related fields.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams including senior staff.
• Experience in robotics or autonomous systems environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Release & Issue Management org including triage, RCA, and release management.
• Define strategy and direction for software issue and release management.
• Mentor engineers and communicate risks and release recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize fleet-impacting defects.
