BPAS is seeking a Chief Control Officer to lead the first-line risk and control function across all BPAS segments. You will own the risk assessment, control inventory, issue lifecycle, and governance reporting while advising leadership on risk implications of new products and transformations.

You will drive enterprise risk management, partner with second-line teams, and oversee vendor risk management to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in risk management, controls, audit, or compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Certifications such as CRCM, CERP, CIA, CRMA, CAMS, CFA Charter holder or similar are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own and lead first-line risk and control ownership for BPAS, including risk assessment and control mapping.
• Execute enterprise risk framework and partner with second-line Risk & Compliance teams.
• Prepare and present risk and control reporting to leadership and governance forums.
• Oversee third-party and vendor risk management for the business.
