Job summary

CoAd seeks a seasoned Head of Channel, Financial Services to define and execute the channel strategy across Banks, CPAs, and Franchises, establishing playbooks and frameworks for Channel Managers and Channel Sellers to recruit and activate partners. The role oversees channel performance and aligns with field sales priorities.

You will lead the development of partner programs, onboarding playbooks, and escalation processes, ensuring a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities to PEO and HCM

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in channel sales, partnership/business development, or strategic alliances with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in the PEO, HCM, payroll, or HR services industry, with banks, CPA firms, and franchise organizations.
• Experience designing partner programs with tiering, incentives, activation criteria, and performance standards.
• Executive-level relationship management and influencing skills, with the ability to represent CoAd credibly with senior partner stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own overall channel strategy across Banks, CPAs, and Franchises and set priorities by vertical.
• Lead Channel Managers and Channel Sellers, coaching and performance management.
• Develop onboarding and activation playbooks for new partners.
• Ensure field alignment and proper handoff of opportunities to field sales teams.
• Maintain senior-level relationships with strategic partners and provide executive support as needed.
• Track performance metrics and continuously refine channel strategy and partner programs.
