Topgolf Entertainment Group seeks a Director of Strategic Finance & Treasury to own liquidity, capital structure, and treasury operations across a global, capital-intensive business. You’ll partner with the CFO and executive team to guide capital deployment, financing, and major transactions, while building scalable treasury processes and governance for a dispersed footprint.

This role requires 10+ years in treasury/strategic finance, deep cash flow expertise, leverage know-how, and strong Excel

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in treasury, strategic finance, or adjacent roles.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience managing credit facilities, liquidity, and lender relationships.
• 7+ years of strong understanding of cash flow, leverage, and capital investment frameworks.
• 5+ years of expert-level Excel and financial modeling experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting M&A and valuation activities.

Responsabilités

• Treasury & Liquidity: Own management of the company's revolving credit facility and debt portfolio.
• Capital Structure & Strategic Finance: Partner with the CFO on capital structure and balance sheet strategy.
• Capex Governance & Investment Discipline: Own the end-to-end internal capital expenditure governance process.
• Executive, Board & Sponsor Support: Deliver analysis and recommendations for leadership and sponsors.
• Capability & Team Building: Help shape treasury and strategic finance capabilities as the company grows.
