Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or related field.
• Experience leading planning or advice strategy within an insurance, investment, or wealth management organization.
• Experience supporting complex HNW and UHNW client needs and building scalable models.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise planning strategy, governance, workflows and standards for scalable delivery.
• Design scalable planning models and digital capabilities for advisors and clients.
• Advance HNW/UHNW planning including estate, tax-efficient structures, and legacy planning.
• Influence product and distribution strategy with data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.
