Qualifications

• 15+ years in financial services with leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading planning or advice strategy within insurance, investment, or wealth management.
• Experience supporting complex HNW/UHNW client needs and building scalable models.
• Deep understanding of life insurance, annuities, retirement, investments, and protection in holistic plans.
• Knowledge of advanced planning concepts and translating complex information into client-friendly solutions.
• Experience using technology, data, and performance measures to improve planning quality and outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders across distribution, product, operations, technology, marketing, legal, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise planning strategy and operating model across channels and client segments.
• Design scalable planning models and deliverables for complex HNW/UHNW needs for advisors and clients.
• Advance GWAM strategy with thought leadership, case design, and sales campaigns.
• Partner with advisors, product teams, and specialists to integrate advanced planning into engagement models.
• Establish planning best practices, enablement programs, and training with field and distribution leaders.
