Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of finance, accounting, FP&A, or integration experience.
• Proven track record leading complex financial integrations or ERP programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial integrations for acquisitions and ERP implementations.
• Develop standardized integration plans with timelines, milestones, risks, and governance.
• Coordinate Day 1 and post-close activities through stabilization.
• Manage finance systems integration: COA, GL, AP/AR, treasury, payroll interfaces.
• Standardize processes for revenue recognition, billing, and month-end close.
• Oversee order-to-cash and CRM integration across Finance, Sales, and Ops.
• Identify risks, gaps, and control issues; drive remediation plans.
• Clarify ownership and accountability across integration workstreams.
• Provide exec-level reporting on progress, impacts, and decisions.
• Lead change management, training, and post-go-live support.
• Develop reusable tools, dashboards, and processes for future programs.
