Jensen Hughes seeks a Director, Financial Integrations to lead the financial integration program across acquisitions, ERP implementations, and strategic initiatives. The role collaborates with Project Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Tax, HR, IT, and new acquisitions to accelerate timelines and strengthen controls.

The successful candidate will build a repeatable integration framework, drive Day 1–90 activities, and ensure a smooth employee and client experience during periods of change.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex financial integrations or ERP programs.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition, project accounting, and financial reporting.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end financial integration planning and execution for acquisitions and transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a repeatable financial integration playbook with milestones, timelines, risks, owners, and success measures.
• Coordinate Day 1 to Day 90 finance activities including post-close readiness and issue resolution.
• Lead ERP and finance systems integration activities including master data conversion and reporting structures.
• Drive adoption of standard project finance processes for revenue recognition, project cost accounting, billing, and forecasting.
• Identify gaps and remediation plans; partner with stakeholders to implement solutions.
• Provide clear updates to senior leadership on status, risks, and financial impact.
