Charge Robotics is seeking a seasoned Head of Finance to lead strategic finance, FP&A, accounting, AR/AP and debt financing for its growing robotics platform that builds solar farms. You will report to the CEO and help scale from a couple of deployed systems to a Series B and a dedicated manufacturing facility by early 2027.

You will own capital raises, manage equipment financing, forecast runway, and lead treasury, tax, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in finance, including time as the senior finance lead at a venture-backed startup (Series A–C).
• Raised capital on equity and debt, including equipment lease/ABL facilities.
• Built and owned three-statement financial models used by leadership and investors.
• Hands-on: chase invoices, negotiate term sheets, manage processes from ground up.

Responsabilités

• Capital raising (equity): manage model, data room, investor pipeline, diligence, term sheets, cap table.
• Capital raising (debt & equipment finance): negotiate and manage equipment leases and ABL facilities.
• FP&A: forecast runway, burn, headcount, per-system economics; support board and investor updates.
• Treasury & banking: cash forecasting, banking relations, spend programs.
• Accounting & AP: month-end close, GL clean-up, PO-to-payment workflow.
• Tax & compliance: federal/state filings, R&D tax credits, sales/use tax posture.
• Corporate & facilities: HQ lease, vendor relationships, planning for expansion.
• Team: build and scale the Finance function.
