Solarcore is seeking a hands-on Director of Finance to own FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will build detailed financial models, analyze performance, and partner with manufacturing and leadership to drive profitability and growth.

The role involves close collaboration with the Controller and external advisors, with a focus on scalable financial processes and strategic decision-making. You will lead a small finance team, execute month-end closes, and contribute to capital

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
• Hands-on FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting experience.
• GAAP knowledge and month-end close experience.
• Manufacturing or product-based exposure with cost accounting and COGS knowledge.
• Ability to build scalable financial processes and dashboards.

Responsabilités

• Own FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Develop cash flow forecasts, scenario models, and long-range plans.
• Analyze production costs, inventory, COGS, margins, and capex.
• Prepare monthly financial and operational reporting with variances.
• Collaborate with COO and leaders to drive financial decisions.
• Lead month-end close with GAAP-compliant reporting and controls.
