Turba Labs seeks a senior finance leader to partner with co-CEOs in running and scaling the company. You will own the financial model, drive budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning, and build a compact, high-leverage finance function to enable the next growth stage.

You’ll lead fundraising efforts for a Series B, manage data room and diligence, and coordinate with external accounting and tax partners across the US and Germany.

Qualifikationen

• Senior finance leader with operational scope in a growth-stage tech startup.
• Experience partnering with C-suite and running budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Direct experience raising institutional venture funding, ideally leading the finance workstream on a Series B or later round.

Aufgaben

• Own budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning and act as analytical partner to the co-CEOs.
• Provide operational partnership to leadership to translate strategy into execution.
• Lead fundraising preparation, data room, diligence, and investor materials and relationships.
• Oversee international consolidation across US and Germany, intercompany, transfer pricing, and multi-currency handling.
• Ensure clean, timely close and robust internal controls.
• Build a lean, high-leverage finance function that scales with the company.
