Job summary

Namespace is building a developer infrastructure platform and is accelerating growth. We are seeking a Finance Lead to own and build out the finance function as we scale, combining day-to-day operations with a clear view of the business trajectory.

You will manage budgeting, forecasting, cash and runway planning, reporting, and the economics behind our hardware investments, while coordinating external accountants and partnering with leadership on strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling.
• Experience in a startup or fast-moving environment.
• Experience with hardware, infrastructure or lease management.
• Strong understanding of cost structures and unit economics.
• Experience managing accountants and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and cash and runway planning.
• Build and maintain financial models for performance and scenarios.
• Own financial reporting and provide visibility into spend and metrics.
• Understand cost structure, unit economics and margins.
• Model economics of hardware and infra investments (purchasing, financing, leasing).
• Partner with leadership on major financial decisions.
• Coordinate external accountants and tax advisors across countries.
• Improve financial processes, controls and systems as the company scales.
