Job summary
Efficient Computer, a fabless semiconductor company, seeks a senior finance leader to own accounting, planning, cash, and controls as we scale.
You will partner with the CEO and department heads to close monthly books, forecast spend, and prepare board reporting, while building scalable finance systems.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in finance and accounting with ownership of close and forecast
- Experience in capital-intensive industries or startups with large pre-revenue commitments
- Hands-on, able to operate without a finance team
- Strong communication with engineers, executives, and the board
Responsibilities
- Accounting, tax, and compliance: manage month-end close, taxes, and AP/AR/billing
- Planning, forecasting, and budgeting: own operating model, annual budget, and rolling forecast
- Cash and capital: forecast cash, manage treasury, and support financings
- Systems, controls, and reporting: maintain finance systems and board reporting
