Job summary

Partner Company is seeking an accomplished finance leader to serve as CFO, driving scalable FP&A, accounting, and financial operations for a fast‑growing SaaS business. You will partner with the CEO, executive team, and Board on capital strategy, fundraising readiness, and major strategic milestones.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in finance leadership with CFO exposure in scaling tech firms, expertise in GAAP/IFRS, and a track record of growing revenue from tens of millions to well over $200M.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including previous CFO experience in a scaling business.
• Proven success scaling SaaS or technology companies from approximately $50M to $200M+ in revenue.
• Deep expertise in FP&A, SaaS metrics, recurring revenue models, late‑stage fundraising, and financial systems.
• Remote work arrangement for eligible candidates based in Canada or the United States.
