Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Division Manager – Final Mile Operations to oversee multiple final-mile delivery locations. This role provides direct leadership to site management teams and is the primary point of accountability for meeting service, safety, compliance, capacity, and financial targets.

You will identify risks, develop solutions, and drive execution with a high degree of independence. Pay range is $100,000-$125,000 annually, with starting salary aligned to market conditions and location.

Qualifications

• Lead site management and final mile operations across multiple locations.
• Develop strong client relationships and conduct regular business reviews.
• Ensure compliance, background checks, licenses, COIs, and safety requirements.
• Own site P&L, labor and contractor costs, and billing accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own performance across final mile locations including service KPIs, route execution, delivery quality, productivity, capacity, and customer experience.
• Develop strong relationships with client leadership and lead recurring business reviews; provide recovery plans when needed.
• Forecast capacity needs and manage contractor recruiting to prevent operational risk.
• Ensure comprehensive compliance across locations, including background checks, licenses, and insurance requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop site leaders; establish expectations and succession plans.
