Job summary

Britten, Inc. in Traverse City, Michigan is seeking a senior leader to build and manage a world-class field services organization for installations.

You will collaborate with Sales, Project Managers and Engineering to forecast resources, create pricing, and ensure timely, high-quality deployments. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, project management experience, CRM experience (Salesforce preferred), and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Project management experience required.
• Experience using CRM tools; Salesforce preferred.
• Computer savvy with Microsoft Office and other programs.
• Ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Relentless customer focus and team orientation.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of world-class field services organization.
• Oversee installation network performance and establish standardized metrics.
• Maintain professionalism with teammates and clients.
• Coordinate with team to ensure smooth project operations.
• Assist with installation engineering and pricing.
• Collaborate with Sales, PMs, and Engineering to plan resources and pricing.
• Review onsite labor needs and ensure profitable execution.
• Oversee invoicing, cost management, and vendor relations.
• Support after-hours install issues as needed.
• Grow installation network to meet business needs.
