Responsibilities

• Provide clear roles and direction to Print and Hardware Operations staff.
• Measure labor and material efficiency to achieve cost savings.
• Track operational metrics and conduct root-cause analyses.
• Improve quality programs to reduce total Cost of Quality.
• Lead automation adoption to boost throughput and efficiency.
• Coordinate production schedules with Sales and Project Management to meet deadlines.
• Apply lean concepts to improve flow and throughput.
