Job summary

MULTIVAC USA is seeking a dynamic Field Service Manager to provide highest quality service and support across food, medical, and consumer industries. You will direct and coordinate customer service activities to install, service, maintain, and repair items, ensuring installations and protocols are followed by Field Service Technicians.

This role requires up to 70% travel, flexible scheduling, and occasional after-hours work.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or similar and 2+ years in field service management or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong ERP systems knowledge required.
Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to obtain a passport for travel.
Proven supervisory experience managing a service team and coordinating field activities.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer-driven service and support for food, medical, and consumer industries.
Direct and coordinate service activities to install, service, maintain, and repair items sold or leased.
Ensure installation protocols are understood and enacted by Field Service Technicians.
Manage annual expense budget and strive to meet regional revenue goals.
Supervise 3–20 associates; hire, train, and evaluate performance.
Set department goals and ensure alignment with company policies and safety standards.
Coach field technicians in technical and professional skills through field travel.
Maintain ongoing safety, compliance, and quality training per company policies.
