Job summary

Numotion is seeking a Vice President of Field Operations to lead the service and operations teams across the territory, accountable for customer satisfaction, top‑line growth, and profitability. This executive collaborates with Sales, Ops and Service to execute the business strategy and ensure consistent delivery of value to customers and partners.

The role requires building a high‑performing organization, shaping cross‑functional processes, and championing our values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of seven years’ operational management experience.
• Minimum of five years’ experience within a healthcare area with responsibility for multi-location operations.
• Management and development of staff of 25+ members.
• Leadership and organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the service team in territory, creating goals and standards for customer service, quality productivity, and timelines.
• Responsible for overall vision, functional strategy, resource allocation and execution to ensure delivery of overall service benefits.
• Analyze activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine progress toward goals and implement changes.
• Engage with cross-functional units, ensuring processes align to shared goals.
• Lead and implement operational best practices, driving universal processes within the territory.
• Maintain understanding of industry trends affecting regional growth and funding for rehab products and services.
• Drive compliance with policies and corporate requirements and develop long-range goals.
• Foster Numotion values, leadership principles, and a culture of customer service excellence.
• Execute change initiatives to improve efficiencies and meet commitments.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
