Job summary

Numotion, North America’s largest provider of mobility products and services, seeks a Vice President of Field Operations in Rocky Hill, CT. You will lead service teams across the territory, shape strategy with Sales, Ops and Service, and drive customer satisfaction, growth, and profitability.

This senior role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of operational management, 5+ years in healthcare operations, and a proven ability to develop leaders, manage multi-location teams, and execute change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of seven years’ operational management experience.
• Minimum of five years’ experience within a healthcare area with responsibility for multi-location operations and staff of 25+.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the service team in the territory and set targets.
• Own vision, strategy, and execution to ensure service profitability.
• Analyze costs and forecast data to drive progress toward goals and budgets.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and adherence to policies and long-range goals.
• Lead operational best practices and ensure standard processes across the territory.
• Stay informed on industry trends affecting growth and funding for complex rehab products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional units to align processes with shared goals.
• Foster Numotion values and leadership principles across the team.
