Job summary

Numotion is seeking a Vice President of Field Operations to lead a cross-functional team across Sales, Ops, and Service in a large territory. You will drive customer satisfaction, top-line growth, and profitability while guiding strategy and staffing for a multi-location field organization.

The role requires seven+ years of operational leadership in healthcare-adjacent settings, strong people development skills, and a proven ability to execute large-scale process changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of seven yearsl operational management experience.
• Minimum of five yearsxperience within a healthcare area with responsibility for multi-location operations and 25+ staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the service team in the territory, setting goals and standards for customer service, quality, productivity, and timelines.
• Oversee vision, strategy, resource allocation and execution to deliver service benefits.
• Analyze costs, operations and forecast data to track progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Drive adherence to policies and coordinate cross-functional activities to meet growth objectives.
• Lead and implement best practices, processes, and industry trend insights to support regional growth.
