Job summary

Encoded Therapeutics, Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Global HEOR and Evidence Generation to lead global HEOR strategies, HTA alignment, and evidence generation for ETX101 and the Encoded pipeline.

This role partners with clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams to inform patient access and regulatory submissions in a fast-evolving organ therapy landscape. The ideal candidate will have a master’s or doctoral degree in HEOR or related fields, 5+ years in pharma/consulting, and a proven record

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in HEOR or related quantitative discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in pharma industry or consulting.
• Experience in study design, observational research, COA/PRO, and health economic modeling.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute global HEOR strategies to support product approval, differentiation, and patient access.
• Lead HTA and payer alignment with global stakeholders and major ex-US bodies.
• Oversee evidence generation, budgeting, vendor management, and timely dissemination of findings.
• Maintain rigorous scientific quality across protocols, analyses, and governance.
