Job summary

Amgen seeks a Global HEOR Senior Manager to lead HEOR strategy across assets, aligning with the ASL. You will deliver payer-relevant evidence, coordinate PRO/COA work, and drive HTA materials with cross-functional partners and top-10 countries, including the US.

The role requires strong HEOR expertise, collaboration, and a global mindset within Amgen's Global Value & Access organization.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2 years health economics & outcomes research experience
• Master's degree with 4 years health economics & outcomes research experience
• Bachelor's degree with 6 years health economics & outcomes research experience
• Associates degree with 10 years health economics & outcomes research experience
• High school diploma / GED and 12 years of health economics & outcomes research experience

Responsibilities

• Generate global-impact payer-relevant evidence, PRO, COA strategy and evidence synthesis
• Ensure HTA submissions with Global Value Dossier (GVD) and economic models
• Translate strategic objectives into HEOR project plans and governance
• Engage with cross-functional teams and top-10 countries, including the United States
