Job summary

Drury Hotels is seeking a Director of Facilities Management to oversee all facilities/maintenance operations across the company’s managed properties. You will set strategy, lead a team, and ensure guest readiness while upholding brand standards.

This senior role requires 10+ years in facilities/maintenance leadership, with experience in capital planning, safety compliance, vendor management and budgeting. Travel up to 25–50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Ten+ years in a leadership role overseeing facilities/maintenance operations, including capital planning, safety compliance, vendor management and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facilities/maintenance support at Drury Hotels Company managed properties.
• Develop and implement strategies for efficient facilities/maintenance processes.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and guide operations.
• Identify process improvements and technological innovations for efficiency.
• Create action plans to align asset maintenance with hotel operations and ownership expectations.
• Maintain relationships with key vendors and customers to maximize value.
• Train and retain skilled maintenance professionals.
• Analyze internal and external factors to determine best course of action for the company.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
