Drury Hotels is seeking a Property Maintenance Supervisor for the Home Office - Remote role based in the United States. You will oversee repairs and maintenance of hotel properties within the region, ensuring safety and cost-effectiveness, and align with the company’s programs and procedures.

The role requires diagnosing building issues, coordinating preventive maintenance, training maintenance staff, and communicating clearly with hotel managers.

Qualificações

• Requires general knowledge of building maintenance principles and practices.
• Requires skill and ability to repair complex heating, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Requires ability to evaluate building problems and recommend solutions to include cost estimates for the repair.
• Requires ability to communicate clearly with the managers and other hotel staff.
• Requires ability to train others in effective methods.
• Requires knowledge of local codes and ordinances.

Responsabilidades

• Under general direction, responsible for repairs and maintenance of the physical plant and grounds of each hotel within the region to preserve Company assets in a safe and cost-effective manner in accordance with the Company’s programs and procedures.
• Manages necessary repairs and monitors preventive maintenance procedures.
• Trains property maintenance personnel to maintain property.
