Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration; 6-8 yrs Facilities Management experience in multi-site housing or residential facilities; 3 yrs management experience

Responsibilities

• Communicate maintenance and construction plans and processes to internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor purchases and maintain inventory records
• Establish on-site depots and inventory systems
• Maintain Work Order System and ensure maintenance and work schedules are followed
• Process invoices according to schedule and ensure proper allocation of funds by department or building
• Manage room turnover and major repairs in SOME housing
• Provide technical, safety, and service training to staff
• Develop project management program and develop personnel.
• Develop facilities operations policies and procedures.
