Job summary

Renaissance Terrace is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance, repairs, grounds care, and preventative maintenance, ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for residents, families, and staff.

You will supervise a team, coordinate outside contractors, plan projects, maintain records, and help manage budgets and schedules while upholding safety standards and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to respond to on-call emergencies.
• Health screenings/physical examinations as required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete repairs.
• Plan, prioritize, and complete maintenance projects and work assignments.
• Perform repairs in plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall, and related areas.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on buildings, grounds, equipment, and systems.
• Maintain floors and perform routine floor-care activities.
• Coordinate and oversee outside contractors and ensure work meets standards.
