The Jourdanton Nursing and Rehabilitation facility is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to plan, organize, develop, and direct the Maintenance Department in alignment with federal, state, and local standards. You will work under the Administrator to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, policies, vendor oversight, safety programs, budget planning, and coordination with other departments.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school education or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years supervisory maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators and building systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.

Responsabilités

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct the Maintenance Department.
• Coordinate maintenance with other departments and vendors.
• Maintain safety programs and enforce use of protective equipment.
• Develop and monitor department budgets and cost controls.
• Perform routine inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare plans of correction after surveys and report to Administrator.
