Job summary

PleasantonNorth in Pleasanton, Texas is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to plan, organize, and direct the maintenance department of a healthcare facility. You will ensure schedules, safety, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with Dietary, Nursing, and Activities teams.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years in a supervisory maintenance role.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and building systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and MSDS labeling.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Maintenance Department.
• Ensure maintenance schedules are followed and policies maintained.
• Coordinate maintenance services with other departments (Dietary, Nursing, Activities, etc.).
• Supervise safety and fire protection programs and inspections.
• Maintain and inspect equipment and facilities to ensure safe, comfortable environments.
• Prepare and manage the Maintenance Department budget and records.
• Respond to emergencies and assist in surveys/inspections as needed.
