Job summary

GITAI Inc. in Torrance seeks a senior Head of Facilities to own the infrastructure enabling rapid engineering, manufacturing, integration, and testing across offices, remote sites, and government programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in facilities, construction, or related field.
• Experience leading large facility buildouts in aerospace/defense contexts.
• Deep understanding of electrical power, HVAC, building systems, and permitting.
• Experience with regulated operations and security requirements (ITAR/compliance).

Responsibilities

• Own facility strategy across offices, manufacturing environments, and test sites.
• Lead site selection, due diligence, leases, renovations, and major upgrades.
• Navigate regulatory, permitting, and security requirements for sensitive spaces.
• Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and budgets to drive on-time delivery.
• Inspect sites, review drawings, and address infrastructure issues on site.
