Job summary

KlientBoost, LLC is seeking a high-energy Head of Experimentation to own the first 30 days of the client experience, bridging Sales and Growth teams and orchestrating onboarding for new clients.

You will lead kickoff meetings, manage paid media onboarding assets, and drive improvements in onboarding effectiveness through AI, automation, Kite, and creative processes. This role is remote from the United States and offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and managing paid ads campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• 2+ years of client-facing account management experience.
• Experience in sales, upsells, contract negotiations, or consultative conversations.
• Strong understanding of B2B paid media strategy and revenue-driven campaigns.
• Agency experience and familiarity with Asana/HubSpot are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the first 30-day client experience from signed contract through handoff to Growth.
• Join inbound sales calls to provide paid media expertise and support.
• Lead kickoff and onboarding meetings to create excitement and trust.
• Execute paid ads kits, build infrastructure, ensure tracking and reporting meet standards.
• Gather onboarding assets, access, tracking requirements, and client information.
• Review handoff docs to ensure goals and commitments are met.
• Identify risks and blockers before they impact timelines.
• Manage multiple onboardings with exceptional attention to detail.
• Deliver a high-touch experience that excites clients to work with KlientBoost.
• Ensure Growth teams receive fully prepared accounts and documentation for a smooth transition.
• Collaborate with Sales and Growth to improve close rates and onboarding effectiveness via AI and automation.
