Job summary

Thera is seeking a Head of Growth to own the experiment engine and drive revenue through tested growth loops. This hands-on role requires you to own activation, retention, referrals, and channel expansion in collaboration with the CEO, product, and operations.

You will run growth experiments end to end, build dashboards, and develop scalable processes while maintaining a bias for fast learning and action. Equity is offered along with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years in growth, product growth, or sales.
• Owned experiments end to end and shipped results; strong data skills with SQL or Mixpanel.
• Early stage startup experience preferred.
• Builder mindset and proactive experimentation.
• Clear communicator who translates findings into action quickly.

Responsibilities

• Run growth experiments from hypothesis to result and scale.
• Own activation and onboarding for new customers.
• Improve retention and expansion within existing accounts.
• Develop referral programs and organic growth loops.
• Test channels across SEO, partnerships, and community.
• Build growth analytics dashboards and attribution.
• Create tooling and automation to reduce funnel friction.
