Lindblad Expeditions is seeking a Reservations Manager in the United States. This role leads a team of Expedition Specialists, coaching for sales and service excellence while aligning with internal partners to deliver a world-class travel experience.

The position emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and effective communication with guests, travel advisors, and cross-functional teams. A hybrid work schedule applies for NY/Seattle offices, with occasional after-hours needs.

Qualifications

• Strong problem solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead reservations team with coaching and production bonuses.
• Conduct regular one-to-one meetings to develop skills.
• Review reservations for quality assurance and accuracy.
• Serve as first escalation point for guest/advisor issues.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal partners to support processes.
• Prioritize team and individual goals to meet business objectives.
• Support reservations processes, guest communication and data entry.
• Engage in special projects with Reservations team.
• Manage day-to-day time and attendance for Expedition Specialists.
• Review and approve time-off requests to balance schedules.
• Model strong time management across sales, service and admin work.
• Oversee daily operations and workforce planning.
