Job summary

Vercel in San Francisco is seeking an Executive Marketing Program Lead to build and lead our executive engagement portfolio, delivering high-impact experiences that deepen strategic relationships and accelerate enterprise growth.

You will own the full lifecycle—from the Executive Briefing Center to roundtables and advisory councils—partnering with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to scale globally, measure ROI, and continuously elevate the customer narrative.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in executive briefing programs or field marketing at an enterprise SaaS or B2B tech company.
• Proven ability to manage high-stakes programs with C-level customers and executives.
• Strong program management skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own executive engagement strategy across programs and formats.
• Design and operate the Executive Briefing Center program and related experiences.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Content to align experiences with business priorities.
• Recruit and coach executive and technical speakers; ensure consistency with brand narrative.
• Own end-to-end event experiences, including content, logistics, and attendee communications.
• Define and report on program performance and ROI to leadership.
