QTS Data Centers is seeking a Director, Event Strategy & Operations to lead the company-wide events function, including executive meetings, customer and partner events, tradeshows, and site activations. You will shape strategy, translate priorities into high-visibility events, and ensure flawless execution.

You will own planning, logistics, run of show, budget management, and post-event reporting while collaborating with Brand, Marketing, and senior leadership to elevate the QTS experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale corporate events and executive meetings.
• 5+ years of people leadership in event planning.
• Demonstrated ownership of executive-level events from strategy through onsite execution and post-event follow-up.
• Experience managing event budgets, vendor negotiations, contracts, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to travel and work outside standard hours, approx. 40% travel.
