Qualifications

• MinimumRequirements: Leadership experience managing a team.
• 3–5 years of event technology sales experience.
• Proven sales growth in a leadership role and revenue achievement.
• Experience in event hospitality sales.
• Professional demeanor and client relationship ability.
• Willingness to work days, nights, weekends as needed.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the INSPIRE Sales team to meet departmental goals.
• Develop rapport with existing clients and secure new business with hotel sales.
• Approve sales proposals and manage client interactions.
• Attend site and planning visits with clients and provide event support.
• Oversee event technology coverage and support the sales team when away.
• Protect INSPIRE and hotel interests including profitability and accountability.
• Attend preconference meetings with clients and mentor the sales team.
• Maintain strong hotel relationships and quarterly sales reviews.
